Outreach Program

The Norwich Public Library is pleased to be able to offer an Outreach Program to patrons who cannot come to the library.

How do I become an Outreach client?

Just give us a call. You must be a registered library patron and live in Norwich. At this time, we are unable to make deliveries outside the town.

How often will items be delivered?

Twice a month, someone from the library will deliver library materials to you and pick up the materials you are finished with.

What may I check out?

Outreach patrons are able to check out all circulating library materials and make interlibrary loan requests.

How do I choose my titles?

Search our online catalog HERE. However, we encourage you to call us to check on the availability of a title.

How do I make my requests?

You may call or email your title requests. If a particular title is not available, we will add your name to the reserve list.
