Community Room
Community groups may reserve the Community Room at the Norwich Public Library for programs or events that are free and open to the public. All community groups and meetings must follow the library’s COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines.
About the Community Room
The Library’s Community Room is a large, carpeted room that can accommodate up to forty people. It is located on the downstairs floor accessible via stairs or lift. There is an adjoining kitchenette and bathroom. Podium, tables, and chairs are available. An art exhibit may be on display during room’s use.
Audiovisual equipment available includes: wireless access to the Internet; overhead projector with pull-down screen; Blu-Ray/DVD Player; two (2) speaker sound system; podium with microphone; VGA and HDMI cables for connection to laptop.
To request a reservation for the community room, please follow these steps:

- Use the Reservation Request Form to request times and dates that are available.
