The Friends of the Norwich Public Library will once again be slinging frozen homemade soup in their annual Grab-and-Go Soup Sale! We need soup makers and soup eaters!

If you are interested in making a soup to donate to the sale, you can pick up quart containers at the circulation desk starting on Monday, March 9th. On Friday, March 20th, you will drop off the frozen container(s) of soup at Dan & Whit’s between 3-5pm. If the timing doesn’t work out, please email the Friends at fnplnorwich@gmail.com to arrange a different drop off.

When: Saturday March 21st, 10am – until we’re sold out (which happens quickly! Last year, it took under an hour.)
Where: Dan and Whit’s General Store parking lot
What’s Cookin’: Homemade soups of all kinds frozen in take-away quart containers.
AND a selection of baked goods to make your soup a meal.
How much: $15/quart, cash only
What’s it for: All proceeds support the many wonderful programs and activities of the Norwich Public Library.
