Chair Yoga at the Library

Tuesdays 2-3 PM, beginning March 7th (running through May 23rd). Read on to RSVP!

Join Upper Valley yoga teacher Kim Wenger Hall for a chair-based yoga class each week in the community room! This 12-week pilot series will center gentle movement, balance, stretching, and relaxation. Chair Yoga is geared towards adults.

This class series is free, but in-person space is limited – please register below for each individual class. This series is generously underwritten by the Friends of the Norwich Public Library.
