Fines
All materials, EXCEPT videos and DVDs, Interlibrary loans & Discovery Packs - 5 cents a day

Videos/DVDs (NPL & LUV), Interlibrary loans & Discovery Packs - 50 cents a day (M-Saturday). Maximum fine $8.00
* LIBRARIANS OF THE UPPER VALLEY (LUV). This cooperative shares a collection of audio and videocassettes purchased by the participating libraries. Each library pays an initial fee to join ($300) and an annual fee of $100 for upkeep and additions. The video collection rotates every two months; the audio collection rotates every four months.
