Library Card Registration
Any person living or working in Norwich may register for a library card free of charge. Non-Norwich residents must pay a fee for a library card. This fee is based upon current resident tax support. Charges are as follows:
* Non-Norwich residents--$45.00 (includes family members)
* $15.00 senior (65+)
Library patrons must register at the Library, giving name, address, telephone number, and local identification (driver's license, etc.). A parent or guardian must register anyone under the age of 16 and must sign the registration accepting responsibility for materials borrowed by the minor.
All library patrons should use their own cards. Family members may not borrow materials under another family member's card.
