Library Card Registration
Any person living or working in Norwich may register for a library card free of charge. Non-Norwich residents and non-Vermont residents must pay a fee for a library card. This fee is based upon current resident tax support. Charges are as follows:
- Vermont residents--$30.00 individual
- $35.00 family
- $15.00 senior (65+)
- Non-Vermont residents-- $35.00
Library patrons must register at the Library, giving name, address, telephone number, and local identification (driver's license, etc.). A parent or guardian must register anyone under the age of 14 and must sign the registration accepting responsibility for materials borrowed by the minor.
All library patrons should use their own cards. Family members may not borrow materials under another family member's card.
