We’ve listened to your feedback, and we’re now offering our tech help services at a standard time every week: Tuesdays between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Also new: you can now reserve your session in advance.
So if you need some guidance on using your smartphone or tablet, setting up social media accounts, choosing secure passwords, or downloading podcasts and audiobooks, bring your device and any needed account information to Tech Help Tuesdays. We’ll try to work it out together.
Tech Help Tuesday sessions are available at 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, and 12:30, or on a drop-in basis when space allows. To reserve your session, send us an email, call us, or visit the circulation desk. If you’re running late for your scheduled session, not to worry! Your session will be held for ten minutes before the time slot is released for drop-in sessions.
We will also do our best to offer other appointment times as available, in case Tuesday mid-days don’t work for you. Email us to set up a 20-minute session.
